Gail Designs offers custom products and services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized Pet ID Tags

• Small Business Branding

• Website Design Services

Because many of our products are custom-made, variations in color, material, engraving, placement, and appearance may occur.

3. Custom Orders

All custom orders require customer approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all design proofs, spelling, measurements, colors, and artwork before approval.

Once a design has been approved, any requested changes may be subject to additional charges.

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Payments

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Orders may be canceled only before production has started.

Once production has begun or a design has been approved, cancellations and refunds will not be available.

If Gail Designs makes an error in the production of your order, we will correct or replace the item at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Gail Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

7. Vinyl Decal Installation

Installation instructions may be provided for certain products.

Customers are responsible for proper installation and surface preparation.

Gail Designs is not responsible for damage, installation errors, improper application, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Product longevity may vary depending on environmental conditions, maintenance, and installation quality.

8. Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers may submit logos, images, designs, or other materials for customization.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have permission to use the submitted content.

Gail Designs is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided materials.

9. Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Gail Designs reserves the right to photograph, display, and promote completed projects on our website, social media platforms, portfolio, and marketing materials.

Customers may request confidentiality before production begins.

10. Website Design Services

Website design projects may be subject to separate agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of completed website content transfers to the client upon full payment.

Domain registration, hosting services, maintenance, and third-party platform fees are not included unless specifically stated in the project proposal.

Gail Designs does not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, or business results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gail Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

13. Changes to These Terms

Gail Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
